| violin summer intensive

| the basics |

| who | Instructed by Joe Thrift; this five-day intensive is to provide support and instruction for violin-makers of all skill levels who have instruments already in progress.

Regular registration is offered at full-price to violin-makers who have not attended at least one full 18-week semester of Joe’s program through the Foothills Arts Center. Students who have only participated in Joe’s Summer Violin Intensive in the past should register for this option.

Continuing registration is offered at half-price to violin-makers who are past or current ly enrolled students of the full 18-week FAC violin semester. This discount is a Thank You for supporting the program and the Foothills Arts Center!

Student parking is available in the public lots located at South Front Street and West Depot Alley.

Violin makers begin at 9 am each day and work until the group comes to a stopping point. 10-12 hour days are common.

Cost: $900 for one week or $1,800 for both weeks.

| health & safety policy | All students and staff must be vaccinated against Covid 19 and maintain an annual booster. Students should follow current CDC guidelines for quarantine should they test positive. Students agree to follow all posted and verbal program safety instructions.

| liability waiver | By submitting payment, I acknowledge that I release the Foothills Arts Council and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from all liability for and waive all claims for injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation in the assembly, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the above-listed organizations or individuals.
